Experience

I have been involved in the Driving Instruction industry for over 30 years. I have experience instructing in all categories of vehicles ranging from category B (car) to categories EC (artics) and D (coaches). In the year 2000 I started my own business and have been concentrating mainly teaching category B (car) lessons since then.

Qualifications

I am a fully Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) with the Road Safety Authority who are the body charged with overseeing that the highest standards are attained by those who give driving lessons for reward. All ADI’s have to complete an extensive 3 part examination, be Garda vetted and provide a Tax clearance certificate. ADI’s are continuously assessed to see that these standards are maintained. This ensures that the clients are dealing with persons of good repute who are able to provide a high standard of teaching.

I hold a FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council) Level 6 certificate in Driving Instruction.
I have a full Driving licence for all categories of vehicles.
I also hold a RoSPA certificate in Advanced Driving (Gold standard).
I am a Member of the Driving Instructor Register of Ireland (DIR) and the Motor Schools Association of Ireland (MSAI).
